Dr. Donald Ware of Los Angeles, CA, is serving his 15th year as a member of the Board of Directors for the Ancient Egyptian Arabic Order Nobles Mystic Shrine of North and South America and its Jurisdictions, Inc. He was elected Imperial Chief Rabban, part of the 12-member body that helps govern the fraternal organization, on August 18, 2020.

Dr. Ware his served in many capacities during his years in the medical profession. Some of the highlights of his career include serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross in Inglewood, CA, co-chair of the first White House Conference on High Blood pressure in Black Communities (President Jimmy Carter), and serving as a medical officer for the National High Blood Pressure education program. He is also a past member of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) Foundation and is the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award by President Barack Obama.
