New Dispensation Process Effective 8 September 2026

Recent updates include the following key points:

• All dispensation requests must be submitted via email to: dispensation@aeaonms.org  
• All dispensations now require no fee, except when the request is submitted less than sixty (60) days prior to the event, in which case the $100 late fee will apply.
• Community Service dispensations are now approved by the Deputy of the Desert, rather than the Imperial Potentate.
• Any dispensation involving a contract—such as a ball request—must include the contract approval letter from the Imperial Council Legal Department before the dispensation can be considered.

Please follow the instructions below to ensure that you adhere to these steps in sequence to submit your dispensation electronically:

1. Login to the Member Portal to submit the late fee or dispensation fee (if a meeting date change).
2. Print a PDF copy of your receipt to be attached with your dispensation.
3. Submit completed Dispensation Form (and a copy of your receipt and or contract approval letter if applicable) to dispensation@aeaonms.org
4. Failure to add your Full Name, Temple name and number will result in a delay for processing your Dispensation and may cause a late fee to be applied.
