Dispensations

New Dispensation Process Effective 6 September 2022

Per the 45th Imperial Potentate, Hon. Eric R. Myers #23 (Ret);  there has been a change in the dispensation process.  A fee of $20.00 will be applied to certain dispensations (please refer to the new dispensation form for additional details).  Please follow the instructions below to ensure that you adhere to these steps in sequence to submit your dispensation electronically:
  1. Login to the Member Portal to submit the dispensation fee.
  2. Print a PDF copy of your receipt to be attached with your dispensation.
  3. Submit completed Dispensation Form and a copy of your receipt to Ms. Krystal McIntosh.
  4. Failure to add your Full Name, Temple name and number will result in a delay for processing your Dispensation and may cause a late fee to be applied.

*All Temples shall discontinue the use of Paypal and use the Member Portal for Dispensations/Late Fee payments effective Monday, November 7, 2022

  • Once logged into MemberSuite, you can find the dispensation payment option in the Store (can be searched by the word Dispensation).
  • Once payment has been completed, print receipt as a PDF and attach to your email with your dispensation.
